Shown sparingly and having to compete against his friend "Henry", William did well in the ring winning many in group awards, plus winning Reserve Challenge at the 1999 Melbourne Royal from the puppy class.

William is producing beautiful puppies!  He has two champion sons CH.Belmanta New Millennium, and his latest son, CH.Belmanta Grand Slam, is a multi baby puppy, and minor puppy "in group" and "in show" winner.   Another daughter, Raevon Career Girl has been accepted as the first Boxer guide dog puppy in Australia.

William and his sister Florence were featured on the front cover of the year 2000 Australian Guide Dog Calendar.
